This workshop will explore the combining of 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments into a 4%/9% “hybrid” project.  Participants will learn key strategies of successful 4%/9% hybrid projects and take a look at what project types may be the best fit for this financing model. We’ll discuss the options for structuring hybrid projects and their complications, as well as some legal and real estate considerations.
