Washington County Department of Housing Services is seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team to provide a continuum of services to our community. The goal of this position is to support the Metro Supportive Housing Services Program implementation to provide crisis intervention services and coordination with other public and private programs integrated in the continuum system. The Supportive Housing Services Program Coordinator will report to the Homeless Program Manager in the Department of Housing Services to support the complex needs of our vulnerable community members as we partner to implement the Supportive Housing Services (SHS) Program. In this role, you will assist in expanding, developing and monitoring crisis intervention programs including emergency shelter services, duties associated with contract and fiscal management, assisting with policy and procedure updates to support system changes in the continuum of care (CoC) leveraged by the SHS Program, integration of SHS Program resources with the CoC coordinated entry system, and assist with the CoC system-level reporting requirements that will be inclusive of SHS Program outcomes. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams serving as a liaison between SHS Programs and the CoC to support outcome reporting for the Metro SHS metrics and the CoC System Performance Measurement reporting.
