Asset Manager
The Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring the long-term financial health, regulatory compliance, and physical sustainability of Northwest Housing Alternatives’ affordable housing portfolio. The position oversees the economic, financial, physical, and compliance performance of multifamily housing communities and single-family group homes while providing strategic oversight of capital improvement projects, financial planning, and risk management.
The Asset Manager works collaboratively with internal departments, third-party property management companies, contractors, lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies to support long-term asset preservation and organizational objectives. The position also supports the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and equitable housing opportunities.
