Description
Home Forward is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work at our Floresta property in collaboration with our Property Management staff, residents, and other organizational stakeholders. Considering the needs of our community at this property, applicants must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
Floresta is a subsidized townhome community with 20 two and three bedroom homes, including one that has physical accommodations for accessibility. Located in a residential neighborhood in outer Southeast Portland, this community features a playground and areas for residents to garden.
This position is represented by AFSCME Local 3135 and will remain open until filled. This position starts at $20.95 per hour and Home Forward has wonderful and competitive benefits.
Bilingual individuals who can speak, read, and write in Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply and if hired, will receive a 5% premium pay in addition to their base wage.
