This position is responsible for one-on-one client service delivery with emphasis on moving individuals towards financial stability and wellbeing.  This position helps clients develop basic financial skills, such as savings, budgeting and credit coaching. It assists with accessing various programs, for example, Matched Savings Programs, Mortgage Payment Assistance and Loan Preservation Programs. It will also serves as primary contact for programs in outlying NeighborImpact offices.


  • High School (or equivalent) diploma plus five years of post-school work experience required or AA/AS degree with two years of post-school work experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Ability to pass acceptable credit check post-offer, pre-employment required
  • 2 or more years’ experience working in Human Services or Customer Relations required – previous experience in coaching or counseling preferred
  • Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment: valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance, access to reliable transportation and post offer, pre hire a satisfactory criminal background check
