Session Description:
The Lane County Housing Navigator Meetup started another way to support training, information sharing, and professional development for case managers, transitional and supported housing staff across Lane County. After 3 years there are some major insights to glean from this experiment turned fixture for all things “housing navigation” in one of the most rent challenged regions in the U.S.
In this workshop we will learn the story, fundamental tools, lessons, victories and future goals as this model moves to a statewide audience.
