Session Description: House Bill 2003 is requiring cities of over 10,000 residents to complete a Housing Needs Analysis (HNA) and submit a Housing Production Strategy (HPS). Join a panel of city planning directors actively engaged in developing strategies to increase affordable housing in their communities. Learn how to position your organization to engage with local government and “center” affordable housing as a key component of your communities’ Housing Production Strategy.
