Celestina Teva (she/her)
CASA of Oregon
Project Manager, Manufactured Housing and Cooperative Development Center

Celestina is passionate about supporting both old and new models of homeownership to spread the opportunity and stability that homeownership offers across our community, and particularly those who have historically been and still are excluded and marginalized from homeownership. After 5+ years working in residential real estate, she came to CASA through community connections in housing and local advocacy. Celestina is working in the Manufactured Housing and Cooperative Development Center, supporting manufactured home park residents to form cooperatives and purchase their respective parks along with the recovery and redevelopment work of Talent Mobile Estates after the 2020 Almeda Fire.
