Home Forward is seeking a limited duration Compensation and Classification Analyst to support Home Forward’s strategic and operational objectives by coordinating Home Forward’s largest compensation analysis and restructuring initiative while also meeting routine analysis and project needs. This will be an 18-month limited duration position and will serve as a project coordinator between Home Forward staff, the Human Resources team, and external consultants. This position will support collection of data, analysis of data, and implementation of changes in organizational structures and practices as it relates to job classifications and compensation.

Some of the Essential Job Functions include:
- Apply advanced MS Excel expertise to source, prepare, analyze, and review classification and compensation related materials and information.
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining materials and information to support Home Forward’s market study, classification evaluation, and pay equity analysis.
- Serve as a project coordinator in partnership with outside consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and respond to classification analysis requests related to the compensation project and for existing positions.
- Assist with collection and accuracy of information collected for job, pay equity, and classification analysis. Data entry of compensation and classification related data to maintain accurate and consistent records across all systems of record and for any needed project requirements.
