In support of the organization’s mission, the Director of Housing Stability is responsible for the vision, management, and oversight of the Housing Stability Team, including Coordinated Systems, Energy Conservation, Emergency Rent, Family Development, Housing & Homeless Services, and Utility Assistance. This leader values equity, diversity, and inclusion, manages in a manner that reflects Community Action’s mission and values, and is passionate about serving individuals and families living in poverty. The Director develops, implements, and coordinates program activities to ensure programs effectively address community needs and align with the organization’s strategic priorities. Responsibilities include program planning and implementation; preparation and management of program grants; budget development and monitoring; hiring and supervising personnel. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position serves as a key member of the organization’s senior leadership team.
