Leads quality day-to-day property management operations to ensure optimal levels of resident satisfaction and retention. Lead efforts to include: effective sales and marketing to maximize unit occupancy, astute revenue management, optimum expense controls and resulting cash flows. Provides strategic input into portfolio growth. Creates and monitor budget for the property management division. Oversees property management services with third parties including client relationships, services, and retention.
