Business Continuity Planning – This session discusses busines continuity planning for public housing and for emergency management planning. What do we need to be back in operations? Where is our back-up located? How can I have access to data if servers are compromised? Generators, computers, alternative work locations? Back up communication plan (how would you communicate with your employees and residents?) Emergency leadership and responsibilities (who and what jobs are essential for the organization to run after a disaster?) What is our recovery plan? FEMA, insurance, HUD etc.
