Keynote – Dr. Tiffany Manuel – Breaking New Ground: Building Public Will to Advance Affordable Housing and Inclusive Communities

Over the last 30 years, we’ve watched the affordable housing and community development sectors grow in their sophistication, reach, and scale.  While much progress has been made, it is disheartening to see how many families in this country still lack a decent affordable place to live; the extent to which our communities are still racially and economically segregated; and how difficult it continues to be to tap existing policies and programs to drive more equitable outcomes.

In this keynote presentation, Dr. Tiffany Manuel, President and CEO of TheCaseMade will discuss why it has been so difficult to build the public will and she identifies strategies to advance a strong housing agenda that deeply incorporates issues of equity and inclusion in our work. Dr. Manuel is the former Vice President of Knowledge, Impact and Strategy at Enterprise Community Partners.

Dr. Manuel is joining us thanks to sponsorship from Enterprise Community Partners.
