The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) seeks a dedicated accounting and financial professional to join their finance team as the Finance Supervisor to lead their fiscal team and ensure the efficient and compliant management of their financial resources.

The selected candidate will plan, organize, and supervise the fiscal management functions of the Housing Authority. These functions include budgeting, accounting, grants management, federal fiscal reporting, and the AP/AR functions. Reporting to the Housing & Community Development Finance Manager, the selected candidate will ensure HACC adheres to fiscal best practices, compliance, and reporting requirements. The Finance Supervisor will direct the work of HACC’s technical accounting staff.

The incumbent will manage and ensure compliance with various local, state, and federal funding streams, including those administered by Metro, the State of Oregon’s Housing and Community Services, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and HACC’s financial and administrative funding requirements. This position ensures relevant reporting timelines are met, closing the books by set deadlines, and reconciling amounts due to and from the Housing Authority.

The successful candidate will be able to contribute positively to the overall fiscal management of the division and work collaboratively with Clackamas County’s central Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with staff members, elected officials, government agencies, and business interests.
