Funding Opportunity: Request for Proposals – Translation, Interpretation, Transcription, and Subtitling Services

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) (BID #S-91400-00017528) for Translation, Interpretation, Transcription, and Subtitling Services.

OHCS is seeking qualified vendors to provide language and accessibility services that help ensure equitable access to its programs and services for Oregonians with limited English proficiency and individuals with disabilities.

The selected vendor(s) may provide one or more of the following services:

  • Translation of written materials (print and electronic formats)
  • Spoken language interpretation (in-person, telephone, and/or virtual; scheduled and/or on-demand)
  • American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation (in-person, telephone, and/or virtual; scheduled and/or on-demand)
  • Audio transcription
  • Braille
  • Subtitling
  • Captioning
  • Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) services

Organizations interested in submitting a proposal must register through OregonBuys. Suppliers must have an active OregonBuys account to do business with the State of Oregon.
