Bridge Meadows Redmond

Bridge Meadows is dedicated to building intergenerational communities that support elders, former foster-care children, and their adoptive parents together. The project team of Bridge Meadows, Carleton Hart Architecture, and Walsh Construction Co. brought this trauma-informed development to Redmond. The development is on a 2.07-acre parcel offering a community-oriented design with apartments, townhomes, garden boxes, and  a communal meeting place. The design consists of four two-story wood frame buildings around a central courtyard with twenty-six one- and two-bedroom units reserved for elder residents and ten townhomes designed for families earning at or below 60%, 50%, and 30% AMI. The project follows Earth Advantage Multifamily standards for water conservation and electric efficiency and successfully achieved Earth Advantage Platinum.
