Oregon Housing and Community Services Homeownership Division would like to bring to your attention language changes and updates to the Request for Applications (RFA) #7173 for the $600,000 in training funds available through the Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP) to assist organizations statewide with the costs associated with training and development of staff for Homeownership activities, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training, DEI consultation on organizational policy development/implementation, and costs related to technical assistance.
RFA #7173 has been updated to ensure accuracy and consistency in the RFA and Attachment A. In addition, Addendum 4 provides further clarification and refinements on the requirements partner organizations need to include when listing their education and training needs.
Applications will be evaluated and selected on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on available funding and in accordance with the requirements in this RFA. There is a maximum amount of $30,000 available per selected applicant.
