Clackamas County’s Department of Health, Housing, and Human Services (H3S) seek an experienced professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a track record of collaboration, communication, and organizational and systems development to be our next Housing & Community Development Division Director.
H3S promotes and assists individuals, families, and communities to be safe, healthy, and thrive. By joining our team, the selected candidate will plan, organize, direct, and manage all aspects of the housing portfolio for H3S and oversee the administrative operations and program activities of the Housing Services & Development Division (HSD). In addition, the HSD Division Director implements policies and procedures approved by the Board of Commissioners and Housing Authority Board of Directors.
The HSD Division Director is responsible for the administration, policy setting, and implementation of the division’s housing portfolio, consisting of the Supportive Housing Services Program, Community Restoration, and the Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC). The HSD Division Director will represent the Housing Authority on local, statewide, regional and national levels to promote awareness of housing programs and services.
This position reports to an H3S Deputy Director. It provides executive leadership in supporting the HACC Board, which provides policy and programmatic guidance, monitors programmatic expenditures, and evaluates the division’s outcomes.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $ 120,564.38 – $ 162,762.68
Hourly Pay Range: $ 57.963646 – $ 78.251288
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate’s experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.
