JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Clackamas County’s Health, Housing, and Human Services Department (H3S) is looking for an experienced individual with exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen to join a high-functioning team within its Housing & Community Development Division as the Quality & Data Supervisor.
The Housing & Community Development Division (HCDD) administers housing and homeless services programs, including system support and coordination, outreach and engagement, shelter services, housing placement and retention, supportive housing, and Housing Authority programs, including public housing. This position will plan, organize, and direct housing and homeless services reporting and performance improvement activities and projects by overseeing HCDD’s data collection/reporting and quality assurance/improvement functions. In addition, the selected candidate will supervise and lead a team responsible for the data reporting and monitoring requirements established by various local, state, and federal funding sources, including the regionally-coordinated Metro Supportive Housing Services (SHS) Measure. The HCDD uses the Homeless Management Information System to oversee and ensure data integrity, reporting, and compliance with the program’s funding requirements.

PAY AND BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $81,602.24 – $110,164.51
Hourly Pay Range: $39.231844 – $52.963706
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate’s experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.
