perty, including maintenance, repairs, and lease enforcement. Additionally, the housing coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our residents are satisfied with their living arrangements and that their needs are being met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate with residents, co-workers, vendors, and other customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community activities and events.
- Process rent payments and security deposit refunds.
- Inspect apartments on a regular basis and address maintenance issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, business accounting or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and landlord-tenant law.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.

This is a full-time position – Days and hours may vary.
