Housing Development Director

The Housing Development Director is a senior leadership position charged with the planning, resource development, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of new construction and rehabilitation projects for PCRI’s Housing Development Department. 

Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned properties to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the property and to ensure that the property is compliant with PCRI’s established policies and procedures; in addition to local, state and federal regulations including Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing. 

Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator provides support to a diverse group of residents living in The Beatrice Morrow Community & other PCRI affordable housing sites. The Resident Services Coordinator will work with residents, property managers and the Lead Resident Services Coordinator to provide services to residents while promoting self-sufficiency.
