The Housing Development Project Manager plays an integral role in securing projects that increase the supply of affordable housing in our region. The project manager will work to secure new properties or work to rehabilitate existing Reach Properties while working to increase the capacity and inclusion of marginalized, low income people in the communities we serve. Some elements of the work include; conducting feasibility studies, securing financing and manages the development process to develop new and rehabilitated affordable housing projects. Position emphasizes finance aspects of development and requires a high level of skills in the area of financial project structuring.
