The Housing Program Manager is responsible for collaborating with partners to develop, implement, and oversee a regional supportive housing strategy and program for Health Share. This position develops relationships and shared priorities with partners to ensure that supportive housing investments are aligned, coordinated, representative of cross-sectors, and are directed to address disparities in homelessness. This position leads the development and implementation of the Regional Supportive Housing Impact Fund (RSHIF), including facilitation of the RSHIF leadership team and stakeholders and hosting learning collaboratives among counties and service providers. The Housing Program Manager creates and maintains relationships between housing, health, and other relevant service sectors, and works to address inequity, disparity, homelessness, and barriers to health for priority populations. The person in this position is expected to possess a high degree of independence, initiative and motivation, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse contributors and decision-makers.
