What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to build and maintain the HR systems needed to ensure that our employees are recognized and rewarded while also providing executive level and technical support to the administrative office. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating recruitment and selection activities.
  • Onboarding new employees.
  • Managing health and welfare plans.
  • Gathering and submitting payroll information.
  • Maintaining personnel data and files.
  • Monitoring deadlines and running reports.
  • Tracking and scheduling training.
  • Remaining informed of HR best practices and recommending actions for improvement.
  • Supporting the administrative office.
  • Independently managing projects, including maintaining website.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices and procedures.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a customer service environment.
  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude. Proficient with MS Office.
  • Ability to learn and desire to grow in position by taking on increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and decision-making experience.
  • Strong time management, prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability, flexibility. Able to function well in at-times stressful environment.
  • SHRM-CP credential will be required within one year of hire.
