Jamie Gatewood joined the Fair Housing Council of Oregon as the Education and Outreach Coordinator in September of 2020. This work has allowed her to built trusted relationships with organizations and social service providers who serve protected class individuals and families, collaborate with local stakeholders to address barriers to fair housing and provide fair housing education to diverse groups across the state. Before coming to FHCO she worked in early childhood and outdoor education, teaching students in the classroom, on a working care farm and serving families in their homes as a home visitor.
