Sheila Greenlaw-Fink, Executive Director, Community Housing Fund

Sheila has been the Community Housing Fund’s Director since 2015, significantly increasing loan volume and products. Prior to CHF, she was the founding executive director of Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) and served there for 20 years. Prior to that, she served as the Education Director for the American Public Power Association (APPA), and as the Director of Program Information and Research for the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA), in Washington, D.C. While in DC she served as the Board Chair of Housing Opportunities for Women. Prior to the time in DC, she coordinated the HUD Project Self-Sufficiency pilot program for Portland/Multnomah County. She holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Master’s in Public Administration from Lewis & Clark College.
