The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of vacant and occupied apartments, commercial, clinics, common areas, building systems and building equipment within the assigned portfolio.  The employee is responsible to ensure vacant apartments are restored to market-ready status, within the allotted time-frame and respond to work orders in accordance with company policies and procedures for all assigned properties.  Employee is required to maintain current knowledge of OSHA protocols and REAC scores and ensure the highest work standards are met throughout all Cascadia buildings. The employee contributes to the Housing Department’s short and long range strategies and goals as they relate to the creation and preservation of value for all Cascadia properties.
