Pulse Wellness Cooperative (PWC) is a unique group practice serving people throughout the lifecycle.
Clinicians in our practice are employees, with the potential to become member/owners. At Pulse you will have

Position Overview
Pulse is looking for an employee who can serve LGBTQ2IA+ people, immigrants, or children.  Clients
seeking Pulse services are often LGBTQ2IA+, immigrants, elders, children, and teens; many have
intersecting identities.  The practice is virtual or in person or both. We offer flexible (you set your
own) hours and can determine if you work from home or the office. The ideal candidate is organized,
dependable, has experience working autonomously and wants to work collaboratively.  Pulse wants
an energetic and experienced therapist to join our team.  The right person will have their theoretical
orientation clearly communicated, have 2-5 years of experience serving in a clinical setting. This
clinician will want to play, laugh, and constantly learn new techniques to think outside the box for
the right outcome for their clients.
This person will follow the code of ethics for their discipline (i.e., NASW), HIPPA and other rules and
laws associated with group practice and the service of clients.

Compensation
Clinical Associate works no less than 25 hours per week and with clients.  Payment based on direct
client hours of 25 hours per week at $50 per client hour: Annual salary: $60,000.
The Qualifications:
 Minimum Master's level degree required in counseling, psychology, or related field.
 Current unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyA, PsyD, Phd.) in Oregon
 Or a CSWA registered in the State of Oregon

 Ability to manage your own caseload of clients, as well as documentation (using our EHR),
collecting payments, and reporting sessions completed.
