The Metro Housing Department, in collaboration with Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties, is excited to announce a Request for Qualifications for Capacity and Technical Support for our region’s homeless system. This RFQu is an opportunity for contractors to qualify to support homeless and housing service providers in the following areas:

  • Organization and Board development
  • Contracting and fiscal management

  • Housing development and asset management
  • Unit inspectors
  • Volunteer management
  • Compliance services

The RFQu can be read here and all proposals are due by 2 p.m. on April 18, 2024. Register in BidLocker to view the RFQu. For those seeking additional information, there will be a pre-proposal conference, March 13 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., register here. A recording and an addendum to the RFQu will be added to BidLocker within a week of the conference.
