Predevelopment Loan Program (PDLP) Reopens – Applications Accepted Beginning August 17, 2026
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) has announced the reopening of the Predevelopment Loan Program (PDLP).
As of July 13, 2026, available PDLP resources have increased above $1.5 million, lifting the program’s temporary suspension. There is currently $3,313,375 available to support affordable housing predevelopment opportunities.
Program Highlights:
- Up to $750,000 may be requested per eligible development project.
- Applications will be accepted beginning August 17, 2026, following the required 30-day public notice period.
- Applications submitted before August 17, 2026 will be returned, as OHCS cannot accept or hold applications prior to the close of the public notice period.
