The Property and Asset Managers Work Group meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 9 to 11am and is facilitated by Kimberly Taylor from Housing Development Center.
During November’s meeting PAMWG had the opportunity to have a dialogue with Oregon Housing and Community Services staff regarding the proposed rent increase policy. The current Draft Rent Increase Policy Proposal has been discussed in a variety of forums including the Oregon Housing Alliance and seems to be where the industry is coalescing around.
