We are seeking to hire a Property Manager for Spencer House Apartments located in Beaverton, OR. This affordable property has a total of 48 units. The ideal Property Manager is thorough, experienced in apartment management, organized, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers.
Workdays: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 to $26.00 an hour (DOE).
Additional Compensation: $50 monthly cell phone stipend
Responsibilities for the Property Manager:
- Office management
- Supervision of maintenance staff
- Resident relations
- Coordinating with vendors and case managers
- Working with resident services
- Completing recertifications
- Maintaining resident rental records. As property manager you would be the first point of contact for most residents, caseworkers, visitors and others.
- Available for scheduled on-call hours.

Requirements for the Property Manager
- Two (2) years of Property Manager experience is required.
- One (1) year of HUD experience is required.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong communication and written skills.
