Title: Property Site ManagerProperty Location: Salem, OregonSalary: $16.33-17.14/hour DOE, DOQ


The Property Site Manager is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of Foundation real estate assets in order to maximize both the Foundation’s financial return and the benefit of residents, consumers, and the community. Maintaining state and federal funding regulations, and adhering to fair housing law.


1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Provide support to employees working in CCS Foundation (CCSF), Property Department.
3. Develops and maintains relationships with other agency personnel, community leaders, and neighbors, planning and funding partners.
4. Be current and focused on laws pertaining to Affordable Housing.
5. Oversees day-to-day operations of CCSF’s projects, as assigned.
6. Organizing and scheduling small unit turn projects in conjunction with selected vendors or maintenance crew.
7. Provide support with Resident Service Coordinator in developing and executing services to residents.
8. Prepare all resident move-in and move-out documents and schedule unit turn maintenance.
9. Move new residents in vacant units within 10 days of unit vacancy.
10. Adheres to all fair housing laws.
11. Completes monthly unit inspections of assigned properties.
12. Prepares written notices to residents as needed.
13. Provide ongoing compliance requirements and performance measures to all Federal, State, and local affordable properties.
14. Is knowledgeable of construction procedures and ADA compliance.
15. Actively supports or joins quality improvement initiatives and processes.
16. Updates Boston Post with resident information.
17. Update marketing materials and market units as assigned.
18. Travel as assigned.
