Description:
Overview of the Publicly Supported Housing Preservation (PuSH) process in which owners of participating properties are required to notify OHCS and local government of expiring affordability restrictions. Owners also provide OHCS and local government an opportunity to offer to purchase withdrawing properties and preserve through new ownership. OHCS will cover the PuSH process, including definitions, such as “Designee” and “Qualified Purchasers”. The potential right of first refusal for a qualified purchaser will also be explained. Rob Prasch (NOAH) will discuss the Designee Process.
