Oregon Housing & Community Services is searching for a Rent Assistance Program Lead to build and design cross-agency policies, programs and initiatives that effectively coordinate the long-term ongoing contracts that will provide rent assistance within the private and affordable rental market to high needs people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
