An Applicant may submit an Application for expenses related to adaptions required to increase an organization’s skills and ability to develop, preserve, and operate housing affordable to low and very-low-income Oregonians necessary due to COVID-19 impacts on operations whether expended or still needed.
In addition to the other RFA requirements, this RFA is targeted to one of the following Eligible Organization Types:
- Culturally Specific Organization;
- Small Organization; or
- Rural Organization.
OHCS will be evaluating Applications based on the RFA process, and then selected on a first come first serve basis based on available funding.
If OHCS approves an Application, OHCS will indicate which of the proposed expenses for COVID-19 impacts on operations have been approved and the amount of funds the Applicant is eligible for reimbursement in the Agreement.
