Good news for Oregon affordable housing!
Resources for Asset Management and Property Support (RAMPS) is providing resources to improve property health and resident well-being in Oregon’s affordable housing, starting in 2026.
The multi-year statewide funding program—established at the direction of the Oregon legislature and administered by HDC—provides grants and no-cost training to eligible housing owners and operators.
Resources may be used to address immediate property needs and upstream challenges via property and asset management staffing and training, systems improvement, and capacity building.
