Karina Soriano, Resident Services Coordinator – Bienestar

Karina has been a rock of stability to both the Bienestar community and other affordable housing communities in Washington County throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She has helped in uncountable ways to help residents get access to food, health care, vaccines, dental care, emergency rent assistance, COVID best practices, and much more. She has also helped lift up the voices of low-income Latinx community members through community engagement sessions, housing advocacy training, rent reporting, and much more.
