Supportive Housing Contract Analyst | Clackamas Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) seeks two detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Supportive Housing Contract Analyst 1.

These new position will focus on providing contract support for the Supportive Housing Services Program, including analysis and administration, fiscal and program operations, with an emphasis on contract management. The selected candidates will provide support to the two, higher-level Contracts Analysts in Supportive Housing Services (SHS). These roles support subject matter experts in contract administration, but who are not technical experts or the primary contact with Clackamas County Procurement and Contract Services. The addition of these position allows additional capacity building for SHS contracts and funding.

Competitive candidates will have negotiation skills and exercise independent judgment, resourcefulness, and initiative to accomplish work and provide solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, including contract development and administration.

The Supportive Housing Services Program provides support for those in the region experiencing homelessness or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. The Supportive Housing Services Program provides services for people all over the region. Each county develops its own Local Implementation Plan based on need and then implements the programs in several phases.

HACC is an independent public corporation that provides Public Housing, Affordable Housing, Housing Choice vouchers, and resident services to low-income residents of Clackamas County.
