The University of Oregon needs your input to better understand barriers to housing production in Oregon.

The UO’s Institute for Policy Research & Engagement (IPRE) invites you to participate in a research study. Under a contract from the Department of Land Conservation and Development, IPRE is studying impediments to housing production in Oregon. We are partnering with DLCD to study impediments to housing production in Oregon. In this survey, you will be asked to offer your perceptions as a planner, homebuilder, or nonprofit related to local and state regulations, infrastructure policy, development industry, and public process. This work will inform the tasks of the Regional Housing Needs Analysis Working Group established as a part of HB 2003.

This survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. Please respond by Friday, May 20th. If you are not the best person in your organization to complete the study, feel free to forward it to someone in your organization who can complete the survey
