1)Supportive Housing Services (SHS) Quality Improvement Program Manager:

Metro is hiring a Supportive Housing Services (SHS) Quality Improvement Program Manager who will play a leadership role in shaping regional oversight and accountability in the Supportive Housing Services work. As the SHS Quality Improvement Program Manager, you will spearhead regional oversight and accountability in the realm of Supportive Housing Services. Collaborating closely with jurisdictional and institutional partners, as well as Metro’s housing department staff, you will establish a robust regional oversight and monitoring framework for Supportive Housing Services Funding. This involves crafting tools, structures, and policies, as well as implementing procedures to ensure compliance with SHS requirements and goals. Your role will extend to leading policy research and technical assistance activities, with a keen focus on advancing racial equity across all facets of oversight and accountability. This role will take charge of driving the development and implementation of ongoing compliance, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
