Voting Membership Dues Structure


Member dues are based on the number of “in-house” FTEs working in housing and community development. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • housing development (multi-family and homeownership)
  • housing education and counseling
  • asset management
  • property management
  • resident services
  • community economic development
  • housing rehabilitation
  • enriched housing
  • micro-enterprise CD lending
  • homeless shelter and transitional housing staff
  • pro-rated amount of time other administration staff spend on housing and community development
