Voting Membership Dues Structure
Member dues are based on the number of “in-house” FTEs working in housing and community development. This can include, but is not limited to:
- housing development (multi-family and homeownership)
- housing education and counseling
- asset management
- property management
- resident services
- community economic development
- housing rehabilitation
- enriched housing
- micro-enterprise CD lending
- homeless shelter and transitional housing staff
- pro-rated amount of time other administration staff spend on housing and community development
