Executive Director for Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH)
The Executive Director (ED) provides visionary and strategic leadership to advance this mission. They are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of CPAH’s Strategic Framework and aligning all organizational efforts with its core values and long-term vision. The ED also oversees CPAH’s programs, including its affordable housing development and resident service programs; cultivates cross-sector partnerships; and ensures strong financial and operational health. As CPAH’s primary ambassador, the ED represents the organization in policy conversations, public forums, and community collaborations. They work closely with the Board of Directors to set and implement strategy, strengthen governance, and position CPAH as a leader in affordable housing, resident and supportive services, and community development. Additionally, the ED oversees grant strategy, organizational sustainability, and workforce development, ensuring CPAH is powered by a skilled, mission-driven, and equity-focused team. The ED reports directly to the Board of Directors.
