Applications for Open Enrollment 2026-Round 2 are due Monday, Aug. 31, at 5 p.m. PDT. You must submit your application by the deadline to be considered for the $4.5 million in Oregon Multifamily Energy Program (OR-MEP) funding available this round. Please submit application using our new online form.
OR-MEP was able to select all 35 projects that applied in Open Enrollment 2026-Round 1. If you’re on the fence about applying or have applied in the past, this is your last chance to qualify for state funding until 2027.
