The Fairview Trust is dedicated to supporting projects that align with their core mission of enhancing housing opportunities for individuals with IDD. Their focus is on projects that foster community integration, support independent living, offer affordable housing solutions, and improve overall quality of life through enhanced accessibility and the implementation of Universal Design principles.

Two grants available.

2)Advocacy — up to $200,000 over two years This year reflects a slight shift in advocacy funding: while the Trust remains committed to expanding access to integrated housing, near-term priority is on protecting the Medicaid funding streams that make independent living possible for people with IDD. Self-advocate and family leadership is a core priority. Due July 31, 2026. https://fairviewtrust.org/advocacy

2)Integrated Housing — up to $300,000 available Shovel-ready capital projects creating integrated, affordable housing for Oregonians with IDD.
